Job description
Urban Life Solutions is currently looking for Skid Steer Operators to join our snow and ice management team for the winter season. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steers to clear snow from lots, roadways, and walkways, as well as loading snow and materials into trucks for removal or transport.

Responsibilities
Operate skid steer safely and efficiently for snow removal operations.
Load and unload trucks with snow, sand, or salt as required.
Perform pre and post trip inspections on all equipment.
Work in coordination with truck drivers and ground crews to ensure routes and lots are cleared.
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment/
Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress and site conditions.
Assist with other snow removal duties as assigned, including shoveling.
Basic/Required Qualifications
Previous experience operating a skid steer in snow removal or construction required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
Strong understanding of winter site safety and snow clearing techniques.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Ability to work outdoors in cold and physically demanding conditions.
Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time.
Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
Repetitive Motions
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 lbs
