The Dock Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving key operational quality measures within the warehouse and dock environment. This role supports consistent execution of dock processes by reviewing key performance indicators, identifying quality issues, and working with operations teams to improve load factor, scanning compliance, seal quality, and load securement. The position plays an important role in maintaining operational accuracy, freight integrity, and service reliability.

Location: Moncton, NB

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm

Type: In-office

What You'll Do

Monitor and report on scanning compliance to ensure freight is accurately tracked throughout dock operations. Review load factor performance and identify opportunities to improve trailer utilization and operational efficiency. Audit load securement practices to confirm freight is properly protected and secured before departure. Conduct seal time auditing and review seal quality to support shipment integrity and process compliance.

What You Bring

Previous experience in warehouse, dock, transportation, logistics, or freight operations is preferred. Experience reviewing operational reports, key performance indicators, audit results, or quality control data is considered an asset. Strong working knowledge of dock processes, freight handling, load securement, scanning procedures, and seal compliance is preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, document findings, and support corrective actions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to track, organize, and summarize operational information. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with dock, warehouse, and operations teams. High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
