Key Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch industrial services, including roll-off and lugger trucks.

Communicate with drivers throughout the day to manage assignments, updates, route changes, and last-minute service requests.

Collaborate with the Dispatch and Operations Teams to plan efficient routes and driver assignments.

Partner with the Customer Service Team to address customer needs, service changes, and special requests.

Work under the guidance of the Dispatch Department Manager to align with operational priorities and best practices.

Track bin/container inventory, placements, exchanges, and returns for optimal utilization.
-
Use routing software (TRUX) and GPS tracking tools to monitor route performance and maximize efficiency.
-
Respond promptly to service disruptions, customer issues, or route challenges with clear, solution-focused decision-making.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and service documentation.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of dispatch experience (industrial or roll-off hauling strongly preferred).

Solid knowledge of roll-off/lugger operations, bin logistics, and local geography.

Effective communicator with both internal teams and front-line drivers.

Proficient with dispatch and routing software, GPS systems, and general computer skills (or ability to quickly learn internal systems).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset.
