Senior Funding Analyst - Prime

We are currently looking for an experienced individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join our team.
What you da and week could look like:
- Provide timely, effective, and personalized coaching to analysts/administrators in order to help achieve targets and maximize performance relative to established metrics.
- Maintain SLA on Funding mailbox – complete or escalate appropriately
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and escalations from the Sales team and dealer partners.
- Provide prompt and effective direction to the Funding team on queue management strategies to ensure SLA’s are met.
- In times of high volumes, work the most vulnerable queues to help maintain SLA
- Aid in Training/Mentoring of new Team members
- Maintain productivity/QA reports
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with dealer partners, Sales Team as well as internal departments.
- Participate and/or lead departmental initiatives and action plans.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings and Saturdays.
What you Bring:
- One (1) to three (3) years Prime Funding experience or a combination of education and/or loan adjudication experience
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with Customer Service/Accounts Management
- Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft tools - Intermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook, an asset
- Thorough knowledge of auto loan documentation
- Previous Leadership experience, a definite asset.
- Strong risk evaluation and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and sound decision making skills
- Proven ability to provide coaching and feedback to peers
- Superb oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent telephone skills – experience working in a call centre environment is an asset
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Developed customer focus and passion to win in a highly competitive market
- Strong teamwork ethic and innovated approach
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
This role is a hybrid work structure, with 50% of your time spent in office and 50% working from home. This could change based on the needs of the business.
