The job mainly consists of:
- Managing the welcome of participants.
- Directing visitors.
- Distributing badges and documents.
- Answering visitors' questions and providing them with the necessary information.
- Performing any other tasks required for the position.
Benefits of this position:

- Part-time weekend assignment.
- On-site parking.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service position.
- Proficiency in the French language.
- Dress code required: black straight-leg pants, white long-sleeved shirt, closed black shoes, black stockings.
- Excellent knowledge of the alphabet to quickly find badges sorted alphabetically in boxes.
- Good knowledge of English (intermediate level) to communicate with English-speaking participants (about 30% of the time).
Desired Profile:
- Professional, smiling, dynamic, customer service-oriented, and autonomous.
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Punctuality and attendance are essential!
Salary: $20 per hour Schedule: Weekends Status: Temporary
