Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced API Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and reusable API solutions. The ideal candidate will define API standards, lead integration initiatives, and establish governance to support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define enterprise API architecture, standards, and best practices. Develop secure, scalable REST APIs using microservices architecture. Lead API integration and modernization initiatives across applications. Establish API lifecycle management, versioning, documentation, and governance. Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and encryption. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, DevOps, and development teams to deliver integration solutions. Manage and optimize API platforms such as Azure API Management. Monitor API performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in API Architecture and Integration. Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture. Hands-on experience with Azure API Management. Expertise in API security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSL/TLS). Knowledge of API governance, lifecycle management, and versioning. Experience working with DevOps practices and enterprise integration solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
