Who You Are

- Have a proven ability to design, build, and operationalize People & Culture programs that are scalable, repeatable, and transferable across multiple organizations and jurisdictions
- Are exceptionally organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or follow-through
- Enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to growing organizations and evolving environments

- Are a clear, practical communicator who can translate policy, compliance, and people programs into usable guidance for leaders and team members
- Have experience supporting and advising on employee relations, compliance matters, performance management, and day-to-day people issues
- Are comfortable supporting hiring leaders and recruitment processes.
- Enjoy revamping, streamlining, and building processes from the ground up—especially where structure and consistency are needed
- Have experience working across Canadian and U.S. employment frameworks (or are eager to deepen cross-border expertise)
- Aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and evolve people practices to support growth across multiple organizations
What You’ll Do
As a member of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Specialist will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong, compliant, and scalable people programs across Litco LSO and its partner firms. You will:
- Design, build, and continuously improve People & Culture programs and processes across compliance, employee relations, learning & development, performance, and engagement
- Create systems and frameworks that are scalable across multiple organizations and jurisdictions
- Lead the development, review, and maintenance of policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with applicable employment legislation
- Support team member relations matters by providing guidance, documentation, and process discipline in partnership with the People & Culture Director
- Help streamline and standardize People & Culture operations, tools, and workflows across the platform
- Partner with leaders to support hiring activities such as role scoping, interview processes, offer coordination, and onboarding—without owning full-cycle recruitment
- Support learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs, leadership development, and core people capability building
- Assist with compensation programs, performance cycles, and people data tracking across organizations
- Act as a trusted People & Culture resource to leaders and team members across multiple firms
- Contribute to special projects related to growth, acquisitions, and integration as needed
