About the role
Decoda is building the AI-native operating system for modern clinics - unifying scheduling, payments, communications, and patient engagement into one platform where intelligent agents handle work teams used to do manually.
We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager who can partner directly with the CEO to build the internal engine that helps Decoda scale from $1M → $100M ARR and work on the most important problems at the company.
This is a highly cross-functional role touching hiring, revenue operations, market expansion, product enablement, and company infrastructure. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes solving hard problems quickly, and wants true ownership.
Examples of problems to solve
Review operations across the company
- Go deep on how sales, onboarding, product, support, and finance actually run.
- Dig into data to find bottlenecks, hidden opportunities, and broken loops.
- Turn this into a clear, ranked list of the most important problems to solve.
Own sales enablement
- Improve demo flows and follow-up playbooks so deals move faster.
- Lead creation of case studies that clearly show customer outcomes and ROI.
- Instrument and analyse product usage to tell a compelling “value story” in every sales conversation.
Own revenue operations
- Design and run a clean commission-tracking system for BDRs and AEs.
- Close the books monthly with accurate P&L and burn.
- Build simple, reliable dashboards so the team always knows how we’re doing.
Build core operational infrastructure
- Evolve our contracts to cover more clinical workflows (labs, prescriptions, programs).
- Help set up our global entities and processes.
- Codify repeatable processes into lightweight SOPs instead of Notion chaos.
Shape market expansion
- Explore new geographies and segments, interview users, and map their biggest problems.
- Size opportunities, outline entry strategies, and define what “proof” looks like.
Support hiring, partnerships, and inbound
- Help design and run systems to find and close top-tier engineering, sales, and GTM talent.
- Track partnership and inbound performance: build the dashboards, define the metrics, and make sure we know what’s working.
You should have
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, investment banking, or management consulting at high-growth technology companies or at top-tier banks or consulting firms.
- Strong analytical mindset; you own data, dashboards, decisions.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and ready to roll up your sleeves. You build when no process exists.
- Great communicator; you influence leaders and run cross-functional initiatives.
- Bonus: SaaS business model experience; healthtech/wellness industry exposure; early-stage startup grit.
Why this role is interesting
- Work directly with the CEO on company-defining projects.
- See the full picture: product, sales, finance, ops, and customer outcomes.
- Opportunity to wear many hats, learn fast, and build real ownership.
- Be part of scaling clinics, improving patient outcomes and reshaping an industry.
