About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with our clients and partners to foster collaboration and business growth;
  • Build and sustain robust connections with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and efficient collaboration;
  • Oversee the issuance of invoices to clients and suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy and timely processing;
  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service at all times;
  • Manage all aspects of contracts from initiation to expiration, ensuring compliance and renewals are handled smoothly;
  • Organize and maintain document archiving to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with company policies;
  • Monitor overdue payments and coordinate necessary collection actions in a professional manner;
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness

Desired Profile

  • Educational background in administration or business is a plus;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B commercial relationships, demonstrating effective collaboration skills;
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently;
  • A strong team player with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to tasks;
  • A genuine passion for tackling challenges and analyzing numerical data to derive insights
