How you’ll make a difference:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals responsible for providing exceptional customer service and professional administrative support to our Client Services Department in Calgary.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and record team-meeting minutes.
- Prepare memos, letters, file updates, ad-hoc reports, statistics, as well as preparing spreadsheets and presentations.
- Assist Customer Service with some administrative aspects of claims management.
- Maintain various databases including staff absences and online people tracking.
- Coordinate and perform general clerical functions such as reserve and set up meeting rooms, arrange for audiovisual equipment, set up and return equipment, order catering and distribution of information.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting for minor equipment or software package challenges, ensuring printers, fax machines, and photocopiers are in good working condition.
Your experience and skills:
- Several years of related administrative experience.
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration would be an asset.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) is essential.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Must be skilled at proofreading and preparing various types of correspondence in a timely, accurate manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills along with the ability to work well with numerous interruptions.
- Equivalencies may also be considered.

Salary: $48,332 to $53,695 per annum (Salary Grade 5)
Successful candidate must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person from our Calgary office as required*.* Final candidates are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.
