Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual Chinese Concierge to join our dynamic team at Cleantech Service Group. As a Chinese Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our residents, with a primary focus on our Chinese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and their guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor amenity spaces (gym, lounge, pool, party room, etc.) to ensure proper usage
• Enforce building policies and amenity rules respectfully and consistently
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of amenity areas
• Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Manage amenity bookings and verify reservations as needed
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, or incidents and escalate when appropriate
• Complete daily activity and incident reports

Qualifications:

• Previous concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and composed in various situations
• Basic computer skills for logging reports and checking bookings
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour
