About The Role As a key member of our dynamic team, you will deliver a wide range of exceptional tree care services across the city. You'll tackle challenging projects that require technical expertise, from precision pruning to complex removals, helping to maintain and enhance our urban forest.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals using industry best practices.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other aerial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct site assessments and identify tree health, risk, and structural issues.
• Lead or assist in rigging operations for large tree removals.
• Uphold and champion safety protocols on every job site.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve outstanding client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• ISA Certified Arborist certification is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional arboriculture experience.
• Proven skills as a skilled climber (own climbing gear is an asset).
• Proficiency in bucket truck and aerial lift operations.
• Strong, hands-on background in pruning, rigging, and removals.
• TRAQ certification and chainsaw training are considered assets.
• Valid Class 5 with Air (Q) or Class 3 driver's license.
• Ability to work 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Available for year-round, permanent employment.
