About the role
We are seeking an analyst to support and improve the processes of our large Sales and Operations Planning team. This individual will work with multiple departments such as Sales, Finance, Market Planning, Production Planning, Shipping, Credit, Promotions, and more. This is a key role in achieving BRP's objectives.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Engage with various diverse teams to highlight our dealers and achieve BRP's financial goals.
Play a key role in transitioning our analytical tools to the Snowflake platform, with a focus on modernization, performance, and agility.
Automate, improve, develop, and optimize work methods, tools, and processes.
Conduct various analyses on sales, inventory, processes, and the accuracy of our delivery times, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Develop various Power BI reports to monitor different performance indicators, improve our processes, and influence certain strategic decisions.
Support and respond to requests from our various stakeholders, including Sales, Transport, Market Planning, Finance, etc.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and data management skills, as well as intellectual curiosity.
Proficiency in SQL; Python is an asset.
A Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, mathematics, or any relevant field.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced workplace and cope effectively with pressure.
Bilingual: French required; English is an important asset.
