What You’ll Do

• Oversee delivery of high-quality R&D tax credit claims across your client portfolio.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring transparency, communication, and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Coordinate and allocate delivery team resources for efficient execution of projects.
• Advise clients on government incentive strategies and claim eligibility.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and profitability to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance and minimizing audit exposure.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support business development efforts.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and Boast’s delivery excellence.
• Promote internal process improvements and platform feature adoption through client feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in R&D tax credit programs, government incentives, or related areas.
• Well-versed in navigating complex incentive programs and delivering impactful results for clients.
• Strong background in project delivery, client relationship management, and strategic advising.
• Experience managing complex client portfolios or multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management and financial tools (e.g., accounting, payroll systems).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin are an asset.
• Eligibility to work in Canada; willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
