We are seeking customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives for Heavy Duty parts to join the team at our NEW location in Moncton, NB.
What you will do:
As an industry expert, you will sell aftermarket heavy-duty parts to customers and build long-lasting customer relationships
Optimize each transaction by advising on products, product applications, returns, warranty claims, and special orders to meet all customer needs
Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogues, and features
Assist with cash and/or national accounts
Follow company procedures for sales pricing, processing approved credits, invoicing, and freight billing for customers and/or product defects
Complete online training as needed and champion brand lines or products
Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
May be assigned special projects
May deliver parts to customers with a company vehicle
May operate a forklift within the branch
Other duties as assigned
What We Require:
High school diploma or other equivalency certificate
1-5 years of experience selling heavy-duty parts preferred and/or knowledge of HD trucks or the agricultural industry
MUST be able to meet the physical requirements: Able to lift parts upwards of 50 -75 lbs., use ladders at varying heights, and frequently walk in a large warehouse
Excellent customer service skills - Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – Able to learn in-house systems
Completion of a parts technician trades program is an asset
Proficiency with multiple languages is an asset
