Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk Services - Technology team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify and address enterprise issues, evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls and optimize system design to mitigate clients’ risk of system interruption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of Enterprise Risk services, including IT audits, IT risk assessments, SOC 1 & SOC 2 reporting, internal control testing (ITGC/ICFR), and advisory on compliance and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and execute assessments of IT systems, business processes, and internal control frameworks, identifying control deficiencies, risk exposures, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Support external audit teams by performing ITGC testing and application control reviews relevant to financial statement audits.
• Design and perform walkthroughs, test controls, and develop detailed audit documentation, findings, and recommendations.
• Plan and manage engagements including scope definition, work programs, budgets, timelines, and client coordination.
• Monitor and manage project financials (budgets, WIP, billing, and collections) while identifying and addressing project variances.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.
• Promote continuous improvement by contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance team processes and client delivery.
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or information technology or Master’s degree in information systems assurance management, or other related field
• Completion of a CISA or CRISC is desired with completion of other relevant designations including a CIA, CPA, etc. considered an asset
• 3–5 years of experience in IT audit, risk, or advisory services
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, relationship management, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
• Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
