What you’ll do:
- Delivering world-class customer service
- Operating point of sale system and processing customer transactions
- Assisting with merchandising and stocking of the C-Store
- Maintaining high image standards and housekeeping duties
Who you are:
- You have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are highly motivated
- You have high housekeeping standards
- You are able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Operating under four product and service departments; the cooperative and its over 600 dedicated employees, serve customers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Illinois, and Oklahoma from over 60 locations. The four product departments of agronomy, feed and retail, grain merchandising, and 1ST Choice Energy Services, assist over 5,000 farmer-members and 15,000 customers. The Heritage Cooperative brand umbrella includes 1ST Choice Energy Services, Shur Grow, Crop Advantage, Heritage Country Store, MAXGuard, and Heritage Show Supply.
