Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSAP S/4HANA MM & WM Module Leadto lead the design, configuration, and delivery ofMaterials Management (MM)andWarehouse Management (WM)workstreams in large-scaleSAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

The role is responsible for ensuring successful migration from ECC to S/4HANA, aligning logistics processes with SAP best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions across procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

MM & WM Module Leadership

• LeadMM and WM functional workstreamsin SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Transition).

• Own end-to-end solution delivery forProcure-to-Pay (P2P)andInventory & Warehouse processes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for MM & WM topics for business stakeholders and project leadership.

Solution Design & Configuration

• Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for:

• -SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, Account Determination -SAP WM: Inbound/Outbound Processing, Putaway, Picking, Storage Types & Sections

• Ensure adoption ofS/4HANA logistics simplifications(MATDOC, FI integration).

• Lead decision-making onClassic WM vs Stock Room Management vs Embedded EWM.

S/4HANA Transformation Activities

• Lead**Fit-to-Standard (F2S)**workshops and business process harmonization.

• Identify and managecustom code (RICEFW) impactsfor MM & WM in S/4HANA.

• Support**Business Partner (BP)**and logistics master data conversion activities.

Integration & Cross-Module Coordination

• Coordinate closely withSD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TMteams.

• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across logistics and finance processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and data migration.

Testing, Cutover & Go-Live

• Lead MM & WMunit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.

• Owncutover planningfor inventory, open POs, and warehouse stock.

• Providego-live and hypercare support, acting as the MM & WM escalation lead.

Governance & Team Leadership

• Ensure compliance withSAP Activate methodologyand project standards.

• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration, and test artifacts.

• Mentor MM & WM consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP MM & WM Expertise

• 15+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in:

• • SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management, Valuation)
  • SAP WM (Classic WM)

• At least2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projectsin a lead role.

• Strong understanding ofECC to S/4HANA logistics differences and simplifications.

S/4HANA & Logistics Knowledge

• Experience with:

• • MATDOC and inventory simplification
  • Business Partner (BP) concept
  • WM migration strategies

• Exposure toEmbedded EWMis highly desirable.

• Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage

Leadership & Delivery Skills

• Proven ability to lead module-level delivery in complex SAP programs.

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

• Experience working inglobal onshore-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or Logistics

• Experience withSAP Activate methodology

• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Consumer Goods

• Exposure toQM, TM, or Yard Logisticsis an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
