Description
Design scalable cloud-native solutions across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Managed Instances, Power BI, and Azure DevOps Lead the development and evolution of modern data platforms, including data warehousing and medallion architecture frameworks Define target-state architectures and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and cloud services Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, technology assessments, and platform modernization efforts that shape the future technology stack Conduct architecture reviews and hands-on code reviews to reduce technical debt Act as a technical leader across the development lifecycle, promoting modern engineering practices and continuous improvement Build enterprise integrations, data pipelines, and business-critical applications that support analytics and operational decision-making Influence cloud adoption, DevOps maturity, CI/CD practices, and automated testing strategies across the engineering function MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation. Profile
10+ years software engineering experience within enterprise environments Deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Managed Instance, Power BI, Azure DevOps, C#, and .NET Strong experience building and supporting modern data platforms and data warehouse solutions Experience working within Agile delivery environments and cloud-first architectures Insurance industry experience is an asset Job Offer Comprehensive benefits package.
