Superviser le système de suivi des présences et veiller à son exactitude et à son utilisation correcte.

Tenir à jour les registres de présence, surveiller les retards/absences/pointages manuels manqués, etc.

Identifier les tendances, telles que l'absentéisme ou les retards, et fournir des informations à la direction.
-
Veiller au respect des politiques internes et des réglementations applicables.
-
Conserver la documentation relative aux discussions et aux suivis avec les employés concernant les présences.
-
Générer et distribuer régulièrement des rapports et des indicateurs de présence à des fins de planification et de prise de décision opérationnelle.
-
Appliquer les mesures disciplinaires en temps opportun.
-
Signaler à son supérieur hiérarchique tout temps non autorisé ou toute anomalie.

Accomplir d'autres tâches et fonctions qui lui sont assignées.
####Compétences requises :

Maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
-
Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle.
-
Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à travailler de manière autonome.
-
Être âgé d'au moins 18 ans ;
-
Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ;
-
Être capable de parler, lire et écrire en anglais ;
-
Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite ;
-
Être capable de soulever sans difficulté 13,6 kg ; Maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office.

Overseeing the attendance tracking system and ensuring its accuracy and proper usage.
-
Keep track of attendance records, monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches, etc.
-
Identifying trends, such as absenteeism or tardiness, and providing insights to management.
-
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
-
Maintain documentation of attendance-related discussions and follow-ups with employees.
-
Generate and distribute regular attendance reports and metrics for planning and operational decision-making.
-
Delivering discipline in a timely manner
-
Report to their Reporting Manager any unauthorized time or discrepancies.
-
Other tasks and duties as assigned
####Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-
Personable and professional demeanor.
-
Have the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Must be at least 18 years of age;
-
Must have high school diploma or equivalent;
-
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English;
-
Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
-
Capable of lifting comfortably 30 lbs.; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
