Summer Student, Truckload

The Summer Student, Truckload will support the onboarding and training of drivers on Vector, contributing to improved Proof of Delivery (POD) compliance across the Truckload division.

How You’ll Contribute as a Summer Student:

  • Contact drivers to support onboarding and adoption of the Vector mobile application
  • Guide drivers through downloading, setting up, and navigating Vector
  • Deliver training to drivers over the phone or in person to ensure proper system usage
  • Explain and reinforce processes for capturing and uploading Bills of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Monitor driver usage of Vector and follow up to ensure consistent compliance
  • Support initiatives to improve POD compliance rates by ensuring timely and accurate document submission
  • Provide Proof of Delivery documentation to customers as required
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of driver onboarding progress and compliance tracking
  • Work independently to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail Communicate confidently with drivers and internal teams while providing excellent customer service
