Part-Time Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Location: Brampton, ON

About Us: Growing real estate team serving Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan and surrounding GTA areas.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Call buyer and seller leads
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with CRM leads
• ⁠ ⁠Qualify prospects
• ⁠ ⁠Book appointments for Realtor
• ⁠ ⁠Update CRM notes
• ⁠ ⁠Send follow-up texts and emails

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills
• ⁠ ⁠Sales or call centre experience preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable making 100+ calls/day
• ⁠ ⁠Real estate experience is an asset
• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with CRM systems

Hours:

• ⁠ ⁠15–25 hours per week
• ⁠ ⁠Flexible schedule

Compensation:

• ⁠ ⁠Competitive hourly pay (or base pay, depending on experience)
• ⁠ ⁠$100 bonus for every lead generated by the ISA that results in a successfully closed real estate transaction (purchase or sale)
• ⁠ ⁠Bonus is payable after the transaction has firmed up and successfully closed. Opportunity for additional performance incentives based on results
