The Globe System offers strong, unique, and customer-valued advantages over other treatments on the market, and leading physicians are already using it and helping to share our story. We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients! We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to help deliver seamless support across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on onboarding and recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and process administration, as well as offboarding and internal role changes.

Meaningful work you will be a part of

Your core responsibilities will include: Coordinate onboarding activities: welcome communications, desk requests, Dayforce setup, documentation, and file creation Support internal role changes: update HRIS records and work with Payroll, IT, and department managers Manage offboarding processes: terminate records, notify key departments, and support exit logistics Maintain and audit employee records: ensure updates in Dayforce reflect changes in title, reporting structure, salary, and personal details Ad hoc administration tasks as required, e.g. travel support letters, survey requests Support the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interview scheduling, offer coordination and other recruitment-related tasks as required Support HR programs such as swag (e.g., 3-month milestone gifts) What you bring to the team Our Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about developing cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of prior in-house recruitment coordination or HR administration experience Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Professional communication skills and a strong sense of discretion Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% retirement savings contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted. As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan. $55,000 - $68,000 (CAD Annually) Your Benefits & Well-being Total cash – the total cash we’ve listed for this position includes a base salary, plus a contribution to a Registered Retirement Savings plan to help support your financial goals.
