Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Trip Planner Assistant to support travel planning and coordination for clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys travel research, and can create smooth, personalized travel experiences while working remotely.
Roles & Responsibilities
Research and plan travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Assist in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel services
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
Prepare detailed trip schedules, travel documents, and confirmations
Monitor travel changes, cancellations, or delays and provide timely support
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and service providers
Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and itineraries
Provide general administrative and customer support related to travel planning
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in travel planning, tourism, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong research and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously
Proficiency with online booking platforms and travel tools
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of international travel requirements (visas, insurance, entry rules)
Experience using CRM systems or itinerary management tools
Passion for travel and familiarity with global destinations
