You will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary Range: $55,000 - $57,000 per year

What You’ll Get To Do

Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally. Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/outs. Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial). Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly. Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening). Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Who You Are

Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications (plumbing, electrical work. HVAC, or building maintenance) are highly desirable. 2 to 5 years in building maintenance, property management, or a related field Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures Strong attention to detail to ensure all maintenance tasks and inspections are done thoroughly to prevent future issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who is comfortable “switching gears” and able to switch focus on a whim Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines A valid driver’s license may be required, especially if driving is necessary to carry out maintenance or other duties related to building operations at assigned properties
