Under the general direction of the Lead Project Manager, responsible for assisting in various tasks to enhance project quality,
through supporting the Project Manager in tracking progress of activities, administrative workload and development, maintenance
and coordination of key project deliverables. Please note this is a term position with a 24-months duration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in managing and facilitating program/project scheduling and data tracking to enhance project quality and process

consistency.

  • Assists PM in development, maintenance, and coordination of key project deliverables (SAP Activate, SDLC, Agile, etc.).
  • Works with PM to build out and maintain the integrated program/project schedule using specified project management tools.
  • Assists in preparation of key status reports for relevant program/project meetings (Core, IT, Cross Tower, PMO, Steering

Committee, etc.).

  • Supports PM in tracking progress of activities/milestones.
  • Supports the Project Manager's administrative workload by owning administrative duties for Project Managers.
  • Schedules key program/project-related meetings Captures minutes and actions for relevant program/project meetings.
  • Sets up, manages, and maintains program/project SharePoint site as per agreed to plan (including meeting minutes, Risk

Register, Action Items Log, Issues Log, Decisions Log, status reports, project permissions, etc.).

  • Follows up with action owners to close out action items. Assists in execution of all communications internal to the project team

(excluding the communications managed by Marketing and Communication Services).

  • Produces regular and ad hoc reporting in the form of required dashboard reports, as per requirements (Impact/Priority, Key

Leadership updates, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • A two-year related diploma in business, project management or technology from an institute of recognized standing with a

minimum two years' experience, of which one year must be directly related to project management/scheduling of projects

  • Agile Certified Practitioner ACP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects or another Project Management system is preferable.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate Methodology as well as experience with SDLC and/ or Agile is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner ACP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Three to five years of coordinator/project manager or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and Internet platforms.
  • Strong SharePoint administration experience, including user access, administration of web-apps for SharePoint.
  • Production of professional / executive level presentation materials.
  • Strong MS Project knowledge.
  • Candidates with proficiency in MS Projects or another Project Management system is preferable.

Salary Range

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $31.94-$44.18 Hourly,
$61,202.96-$84,652.88 Annually.
