We're Hiring: Substitute Teachers Inspire. Step In. Make a Difference.

Are you ready to make an impact in the classroom, on your schedule? Sturgeon Public Schools is looking for enthusiastic and flexible Substitute Teachers to join our team across a wide range of subjects and grade levels.

Whether you're passionate about core academics or love the hands-on creativity of CTS, your skills are needed to support students when their regular teacher is away.

We're Especially Looking For Subs In

  • French (Elementary)
  • Band / Music
  • CTS: Welding, Construction, Mechanics, Foods, Fashions, Cosmetology
  • Physical Education
  • Math and other core subjects

What You'll Need:

  • A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to quickly adapt to different classroom environments
  • A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector (completed within the past 6 months)
