About the Role

This isn't your typical marketing role. We're looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology-someone who can architect intelligent systems, automate workflows, and still deliver stunning creative assets.

You'll own our marketing department's technical and workflow suites, including but not limited to Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys), Power Platform integrations, and AI-driven personalization, while also flexing your design skills with Adobe Creative Suite. If you love marketing, automation, analytics, low-code/no-code solutions, and creative execution, this is your playground.

What You'll Do

ArchitectOptimize Marketing Systems

  • Build and refine customer journeys, segments, and triggers in D365 Marketing/Customer Insights, including event modules.
  • Design responsive, branded email templates using HTML/CSS for dynamic personalization.
  • Create smart triggers to streamline lifecycle touchpoints across digital platforms.

AutomateIntegrate Workflows

  • Use Power Automate to connect systems, streamline approvals, and eliminate manual processes.
  • Integrate third-party tools (social media, analytics, CMS) into the Power Platform for unified reporting and execution.

GovernScale Collaboration Platforms

  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint for marketing documentation, governance, and asset management.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams channels for structured communication, implementing workflow automations for requests and approvals.

Leverage AIEmerging Tech

  • Apply Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, and other AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Own ReportingInsights

  • Build Power BI dashboards for real-time campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Maintain internal dashboards for project tracking and marketing KPIs.

Manage CMSContent Systems

  • Oversee Sanity CMS for scalable, structured content delivery.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries with clear taxonomy and governance.

Deliver Creative Excellence

  • Design high-quality visuals, templates, and video edits using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and accessibility best practices.

Champion ScalabilityInnovation

  • Identify opportunities to scale marketing operations through Power Platform, AI workflows, and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Support core marketing operations including copy editing, event logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Reduce repetitive tasks by embedding tech-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy in marketing copy, track trademark usage, and ensure compliance.
  • Lead copy automation initiatives and use AI tools for visuals, campaign comps, and branded imagery.
  • Build internal libraries, guides, and tools that upskill the broader team.

ExperienceSkills:

  • 24 years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content delivery at scale.
  • Strong copywriting/editing skills with an eye for accuracy and tone.
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Understanding of digital compliance, accessibility, and trademarks.
  • Comfort with AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Microsoft Designer.

Technical Expertise:

  • Microsoft Marketing Tech: Advanced experience with D365 Marketing Journeys, segmentation, and email design.
  • Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Collaboration Platforms: Experience managing SharePoint and Teams governance.
  • Creative Design: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and ability to design responsive emails with HTML/CSS.
  • SystemsIntegration: Experience connecting social media, CMS (Sanity), and third-party tools into a unified stack.
  • AILow-Code Advocate: Familiarity with AI-driven tools and low-code/no-code development for marketing enablement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years in marketing technology, automation, or digital marketing operations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Power Platform.
  • Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS for email design.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Sanity preferred), SharePoint, and Teams governance.

Preferred:

  • Experience integrating third-party tools into Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, LLMs, and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and deliverability best practices.
