Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead, Support Services Dawson Creek & District Hospital Redevelopment to join our Support Services department.

The Implementation Lead, Support Services – DCDH Redevelopment is responsible for leading the coordination and operational readiness of the Food, EVS (Environmental Services), and Laundry departments for the Dawson Creek Hospital Redevelopment. The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members. The incumbent serves as a principle point of contact between Support Services and all members of identified projects, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service.

The Implementation Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes for the Support Service departments and works closely with and the project team and the DCDH leadership team to address the impact of any change to ensure an effective and efficient implementation.

Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Dawson Creek & District Hospital Dawson Creek And District Hospital Is a Full Service Community Hospital That Provides Service To Dawson Creek And Surrounding Communities. It Has 31 Acute Care Beds And 15 Regional Adult Psychiatric Beds. Dawson Creek Is The Orthopaedic Trauma And Surgical Centre For The Northeast Region Of BC. Services Include

Dawson Creek Wide blue skies and the rolling foothills of the Northern Rockies surround Dawson Creek. The city is also known as the Mile Zero City, as it marks the start of the Alaska Highway, a 2,400 km long highway connecting Alaska and the Yukon to Western Canada and the United States.
