Dilawri Group of Companies is now actively searching for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our National Head Office located at 87 Front Street East, Toronto.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance renewals, cancellations, and total loss claims, while maintaining accurate records of all insurance transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, stay organized, and follow up consistently will be key to your success.

- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Renewals & Reinstatements
- Record and upload all insurance policies, cancellations, and renewals in the leasing software (LPM) and client files
- Review all policies for accurate information and compliance with insurance requirements
- Notify clients promptly of insurance cancellations via email, phone, or mail
- Ensure clients are contacted prior to insurance expiry for renewal notice
- Review CGI site for BC renewals and update LPM accordingly
- Escalate any uninsured vehicle to management immediately and assist with vehicle seizure coordination if required
- Maintain detailed communication records in LPM and prepare weekly status reports for management
Total Loss Claims
- Establish communication with claims adjusters and clients
- Review settlement offers for vehicle details, mileage, and valuation accuracy
- Coordinate with clients regarding acceptance of final offers and collection of deductible or outstanding balances
- Ensure required documentation is provided to adjusters in a timely manner
- Follow up consistently until settlement cheques are issued
- Upload claim-related documents to client files and ensure all communications are properly recorded in LPM
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to insurance requirements
- Maintain professional, courteous, and timely communication with clients and internal departments
