Cambrian Credit Union is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Innovation team.
In the role of Power Platform Developer, you will:

Act as the lead developer and subject-matter-expert for Microsoft 365 Dynamics suite, working closely with end-users and the Digital Enablement Specialist.

Complete advanced analysis of complex business requirements followed by end-to-end solution designing, technical designing & architecting with the Microsoft 365 Dynamics suite.

Propose configuration solutions and estimate effort required for user story requirements.
-
Develop high complexity functional specifications to drive user story development and deliver upon business needs.
-
Conduct impact and option analysis and make recommendations for technical and business solutions.
-
Configure and manage complex business rules and other business logic using scripting languages specific to technical environment, leveraging your significant experience.

Develop unit and integration test cases as part of configuration and code development and verification.
-
Conduct code and configuration review and walkthrough.
-
Produce documentation surrounding the solution architecture, design and configuration.
-
Plan for/troubleshoot changes resulting from the innovation of technology, products, and services.

Drive platform backlog to create best-in-class employee experiences and business process improvements.
-
Solve for business needs by being solution focused with out-of-the-box thinking.
-
Work in an agile manner, delivering value to users in a continuous, iterative manner.
Your Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator, Developer and/or Architect with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem.
- Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and/or Marketing.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in analyzing requirements and business impact.
- Strong critical thinking and self-motivated problem resolution skills, uses critical judgment to make decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk.
- Proven ability to take initiative, make good judgments, and use discretion.
- The following would be considered an asset:
- Experience working in retail financial services in sales, admin, BI or IT,
- Experience working in an Agile Methodology work environment,
- Experience working with JIRA,
- Experience building Microsoft Power Apps,
- Additional Microsoft Certification(s).
