Production Team Member - Stage 3 (Packaging)
Afternoon Shift | 3PM–11PM | Shift Premium Included
Are you passionate about pets and looking for a hands-on role where your work directly supports the health and happiness of dogs across the country? Join our team as a Production Team Member in our Stage 3 Packaging Department, where you’ll help prepare premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and prefers an afternoon schedule - plus, you’ll earn a shift premium for working the 3PM–11PM shift!
What You'll Do:
- Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing.
- Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.
- Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top-notch quality and food safety.
- Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures.
- Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines.
- Jump in to support other duties as needed - we’re all about teamwork!
What you Bring:
- Comfort working with raw meat and in cool/cold environments.
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset — we win together!
