Position Overview We’re looking for a driven Logistics Coordinator to keep our global supply chain moving with speed, efficiency, and precision. In this role, you’ll oversee inbound transportation end-to-end, ensuring goods move on time, at the right cost, and in full compliance with trade regulations. You’ll be at the centre of collaboration, connecting with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, vendors, and customs brokers—while driving continuous improvements across a fast-paced, global operation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Transportation: Plan, execute, and monitor international shipments (Air, Ocean, Ground, Intermodal), resolving delays and ensuring documentation and trade compliance.
- Optimize & Report: Analyze rates, routes, and performance metrics to recommend smarter, faster, and more cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to cut costs, streamline operations, and enhance service, bringing forward fresh ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners, providing proactive updates and solutions to keep shipments on track.
Let’s Talk About You
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics (global and multi-modal preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and ownership.
- Knowledge of global import/export regulations, Incoterms, and ERP systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
