What will you do?
Siemens Canada Digital Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Communications Coordinator (summer student) to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with Siemens' business objectives.
The successful candidate will be a versatile professional with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and collateral materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Siemens' messaging guidelines.
Digital Marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content distribution.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance online presence.
Event Coordination
- Sales, Partner, and Lead Management Support
- Support sales and partners to ensure they are equipped with appropriate demos and marketing collateral.
- Assist in managing and tracking marketing-generated leads, including lead entry, follow-up coordination, and reporting.
What will you need to succeed?
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 22.70 CAD - $ 26.40 CAD.
