JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading a small team of analysts, developers, and testers, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Finance systems to meet RB Global business requirements. RB Global has a very large implementation of Oracle ERP applications including a mix of Oracle e-Business Suite R12, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle EPM Cloud. The Senior Technical Product Owner (Functional Analyst) will enhance the existing Oracle Financials functionality and participate in new initiatives, upgrades and major projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you’ll:
- Take a lead role in the analysis, documentation and delivery of business solutions for all aspects of financial initiatives.
- Lead the development of Oracle implementations and upgrades, including GAP analysis, re-engineering opportunities, investigation and application of new release functionality, system setup, testing and training.
- Work closely with the business users to analyze the business problems; understand the requirements and objectives; liaise with other IT teams.
- Act as the primary IT contact to support end users of Finance applications and participate discussion with various business-area leaders.
- Evaluate new Oracle Finance components or other system applications, develop and maintain road map of recommended future initiatives to improve the efficiency of existing business processes.
- Diagnose system errors and work with the development team to provide accurate solutions and fixes.
QUALIFICATIONS

A strong foundation in Oracle Finance applications, a solid understanding of contemporary systems and development methodologies, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. You’re a highly self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates leadership and adaptability while collaborating across teams to drive results.

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Finance applications (EBS and Cloud) in a consulting practice or business-critical environment.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Hands-on experience with Oracle financial modules, including at least 3 in EBS and preferably 2 in Cloud: AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, Projects, Advanced Collections, GL, Tax, and Accounting Hub.
