Must-Have Skills Java: Strong experience with Java 17 and Design Patterns .APIs: Building backend REST APIs .Cloud & Microservices: Creating microservices and deploying them using Kubernetes .DevOps & Testing: Writing build scripts (Gradle), setting up CI/CD pipelines, and writing automated tests (TDD, BDD, Selenium) .AI/ML Integration: Experience connecting Java backends to AI/ML-driven analytics and reporting tools .Data Pipelines: Exposure to feeding data into predictive models or utilizing AI insights for business reporting
