Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration, integration and delivery of current and future Enterprise systems, technologies and services.
Qualifications:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of operational management and leadership concepts practices including program/service delivery models, policy development, planning, budgeting, performance measurement management, and human resources
- Knowledge of information systems and technology program design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation methodologies, processes, and practices
- Knowledge of relevant governing legislation, collective agreements, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Expert knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases (Certifications preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows versions (Windows Server and workstation variants) (Certifications preferred)
- Expert knowledge of SQL, HTML/XML, VB Java, C++, PHP and database reporting tools
- Knowledge of POS systems, plus vending and laundry
- Knowledge of physical security stems, including door access controls, intrusion and video systems, alarms and monitoring
- Expert knowledge of Banner ERP Systems
- Expert knowledge of CBORD systems
- Knowledge of EMV/ABM and contactless credential technologies and production systems
Education and Experience:
The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related program
- Minimum of seven years of previous information and technology systems development and delivery experience including four years of management and leadership experience
