The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Canada provides strategic and operational HR support to employees across corporate, manufacturing, and field service operations, with emphasis on supporting the Scarborough manufacturing facility and shopfloor workforce. This role partners with operational leaders to drive workforce productivity, engagement, and compliance while aligning with Armstrong’s global HR strategy and Canadian employment legislatio

n.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboa**

  • rdingLead the full-cycle recruitment process executive & non-executive roles in Canada, including shopfloor, field service, and professional positions, in partnership with the Total Rewards CoE and hiring mana
  • gers.Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled trades and technical talent for the manufacturing and operations environ
  • ment.Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection crit

Qualifications & Expe**

  • rienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation or working towards CHRL pref
  • erred.6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent supporting manufacturing and/or field service opera
  • tions.Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and Canadian employment legislation (ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code,
  • WSIB).Proven experience in shopfloor employee relations, recruitment of skilled trades, and workforce development in a union-free manufacturing enviro
