About the role
Developer - Specialty – 5 Title: Salesforce Developer Location Address: 4 King Street W 2nd Floor (4KING-2) Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday) Contract Duration: ASAP to 10/31/2026 Possibility of extension: yes, based on performance and business needs Conversion to FTE: yes, based on performance and business needs Number of Positions: 1 Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of overall work experience in related field
- 5+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com
- 2 + years’ working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle (e.g. Salesforce DX).
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like-nCino 101/201/301, PD1 Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – 2+ years in nCino Design, configurations and customizations
- Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy
- Previous experience with top 5 banks/ FI is nice to have
Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate for this is a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem. Will demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Financial Services Cloud, integrations, and nCino managed package. Previous experience with Top 5 banks is critical for this role.

First round: 1-hour MS Teams video interview
- Interview Panel: Hiring Manager and Solution Architects Structure:
- First 30 minutes:
- Candidate introduction
- Discussion of background and experience
- Behavioral and situational questions
- Examples from previous roles
- Final 30 minutes:
- Technical assessment with potential Live test Second round: Will be in-person if needed.
