We are looking for a new team member who is self-motivated and performance-driven to join our Ens Lexus Sales Department as a Product Advisor. An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, experience in sales, and an outgoing personality. The ability to speak a second language would be a valuable asset in meeting the diverse needs of our clientele. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are mandatory.

This is a commission-based salary with the potential to earn up to 6 figures a year!
Must be available to work Saturdays and Thursday evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers on the car lot and showroom
- To provide a welcoming experience while promoting sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and find the product that fits their needs and lifestyle.
- Maintain customer rapport and perform follow-ups.
- Creating and updating client profiles to ensure all details are accurate for future communication and billing.
- Accurately build deals and review all details for a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous learning of product knowledge of new and used vehicles.
- Help organize the showroom and front car lot.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Skills:
- Goal-oriented with a history of achieving success.
- Motivated to reach sales targets.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Organized.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
- Comfortable working with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Requirements:
- Have a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's license.
- Provide a Driver's Abstract with a clean driving history.
- Ability to speak a second language is recognized but not required.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset.
- Provide a background check.
