As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Director, Sales Effectiveness supporting our London Administration office.
The Director, Sales Effectiveness, plays a critical leadership role in elevating sales performance across Libro’s distribution channels through strategic insight, operational execution, and data-driven leadership. Leading the sales enablement function, the role contributes to how the organization drives revenue, deepens Owner relationships and builds a high-performing, accountable sales culture.
Under the broader scope of Business Effectiveness, the Director, Sales Effectiveness, participates in the development and actively manages the execution of products and promotional programs to drive increased share of wallet, profitability and usage. The role is accountable for designing and delivering sales performance frameworks, incentive programs, sales effectiveness reporting and sales practice standards. The Director is a trusted partner with organizational stakeholders in Business Effectiveness, Finance, Human Resources, Experience and Transformation and Operations.
The Director, Sales Effectiveness contributes to achieving organizational strategy and goals with analytic insight and execution of programs and sales enablement to optimize growth, productivity and revenue.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the development and execution of the Sales Effectiveness strategy aligned to Libro’s organizational strategy with a focus on growth and owner service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Effectiveness team focused on metrics, insight generation and growth.
- Oversee the development of sales enablement resources to support front-line teams.
- Design, evaluate and implement sales incentive programs that drive outcomes across channels and roles.
- Optimizes sales cycles and CRM usage; collaborates with organizational leaders to strengthen processes, CRM adoption and lead conversion.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in sales execution and productivity
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable performance outcomes, tools and approaches.
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous refinement of sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics tracking and reporting
- Provides strategic insight into sales performance trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Provide reporting that guides organizational leaders at all level.
- Use data to influence annual operating model, strategy and resource allocation
- Monitor internal controls within the function to ensure compliance, efficiency and adherence to sales practice standards.
- Align incentive programs to business goals while ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and sales leadership to ensure timely and accurate incentive modeling, tracking, and payout.
- Work closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to integrate performance insights into enterprise strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments, and bring forward relevant innovations to improve our sales model.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new and existing products.
- Lead the execution of promotional programs.
- Monitor internal controls within the distribution network to ensure compliance, efficiency, and adherence to sales practice standards.
