In this role, you will provide administrative support to our client team while also coordinating communications via phone and email. You’ll be the main point of contact, scheduling meetings, setting agendas, taking minutes, and executing on marketing and promotional campaigns, including conference support. Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, maintain meeting minutes, and provide administrative support on a number of projects, initiatives, meetings, and other duties as assigned
- Support daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, emails, or other communications, and scheduling and organizing meetings
- Experience working with CRMs, webinar platforms, and content management systems
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives to support both short- and long-term goals
- Provide excellent customer service and comfort adapting to evolving digital tools and workflows
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Experience with data entry and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal, client service, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiar with business social media platforms (eg LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Comfort working in a bilingual (English/French) national environment (asset)

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$50,076.00 - $63,100.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
