As a Senior Strategy Management Specialist, you’ll lead enterprise‑level initiatives that improve the end‑to‑end lending experience for customers and employees.
You’ll simplify complex lending problems into clear, actionable strategies using strong process design, visual storytelling and executive-ready materials. Drawing on your experience in commercial lending, credit operations, and major transformation initiatives, you’ll work across teams to diagnose root causes, define current and future states and design practical solutions that enhance experience, reduce operational friction and support scalable execution. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, asking the right questions and organizing complex problems. You turn insights into clear presentations, process flows and decision documents that enable confident, timely decisions at all levels.
This role requires strong collaboration across lending, credit, operations, technology and change teams. You’ll be a trusted contributor who steps in to help achieve shared outcomes. Clear, confident communication—and the ability to influence at all levels are key to your success.
Whatyou’lldo
- Lead and support enterprise lending projects from problem definition through solution design and implementation
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a simplified lending experience
- Diagnose complex lending challenges by identifying root causes and defining current and future‑state models
- Design and document process flows, operating models, and customer and employee experience journeys to enhance satisfaction
- P repare presentations, decision documents, and visual s that clearly communicate complex analysis and recommendations
- I dentify ways to simplify lending processes, reduce rework and operational friction, and improve consistency and scalability
- Assist in developing future lending capabilities and operating models, informed by credit policy, risk and operational realities
- Lead workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decisions forward
- Use knowled ge of credit models, lending policy and procedures to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and experience‑led
- Be a flexible team player, supporting peers and initiatives as priorities ev olve
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications
- A degree in business administration, commerce, or related field
- Minimum six years of experience in commercial lending, credit operations, or lending transformation
- E xperience leading complex, cross - functional initiatives in a large organization
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable solutions
- Strong written and visual communication skills, including presentations, process maps, and decision materials for senior audiences
- Confidence communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with process mapping, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, or operating model design
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, or continuous improvement experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders, decision forums, or transformation programs
- Background in agriculture or agri-food lending, particularly within commercial or credit environments
