We are currently seeking an experienced, safety-minded Warehouse Coordinator to join our team! Please note that applicants must have a current counterbalance forklift operator's license.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for unloading shipments and storing product, preparing product for shipment, loading goods, making sure products are in good condition, maintaining inventory, and counting quantities. The incumbent will ensure a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Duties Include:

• Picking and packing Fuzion products based on daily orders for both pick up customers and shipments to customers
• Load/unload trucks, warehouse organization, putting stock into racks and in bulk storage
• Some packaging duties, wrapping skids and assembling pallets
• Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Monitoring product quality and frequently reporting problems to mitigate safety issues
• Operating various pieces of equipment (Forklift, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Electrical Pallet Jacks, etc.)
• Reporting any mechanical problems
• Utilizing a continuous improvement mindset and assisting in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Following good warehouse, maintenance, and required work safe practices in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area including basic cleaning duties around the warehouse
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of more experience in a similar role, operating a counterbalance forklift
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to read, understand, and interpret basic order forms and written order instructions.
• Proficient in basic computer operations
• Physically agile and dexterous; able to lift minimum of 22 kg.
• Safety conscious
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with diverse range of people
