Our teams are expanding, and we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager with a desire to join a growing organization. If you're passionate about robots, this role might be for you!

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy and Continuous Improvement Identify and drive improvements to end-to-end supply chain processes, tools, and ways of working. Assist in developing and maintaining inventory strategy to optimize stock holding while protecting availability. Implement and continuously improve MRP/ERP processes.

Warehouse and Inventory Management

Oversee internal material flow and warehouse organization, including kanban systems. Manage inventory accuracy, stock counts, and transaction processes. Drive continuous improvement within the warehouse and shipping operations.

Supplier Development and Engineering Partnership

Partner with Engineering to select and verify new and alternative suppliers, including for Gen 4 and local-sourcing initiatives. Support the supply chain for engineering prototyping and new product introduction. Manage obsolete parts and end-of-life planning for components nearing single-source or discontinuation risk.

Logistics and Compliance

Own outbound goods flow and logistics strategy, including global shipping and import/export coordination; the Logistics Manager reports into this role for day-to-day execution. Provide regulatory and compliance direction to support logistics operations: export control, dangerous goods management, sanctions screening, and End-User Certificates (EUCs). Oversee high health and safety risk material and parts handling.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supply chain management, including inventory strategy, warehouse operations, and MRP/ERP systems. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with international shipping compliance (export control, dangerous goods, sanctions) is a strong asset. Track record of driving process improvement and leading cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Operations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig into supply issues and implement lasting fixes.
