Position Summary We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our marketing and creative team. In this role, you will design and build engaging, on-brand web pages primarily in WordPress, collaborating closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibilities, an eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring designs to life.

This position is an in-office role at our Pacific Circle location in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build new web pages and landing pages in WordPress using approved brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, user-friendly layouts.
  • Create and refine design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
  • Implement clean, standards-compliant HTML and CSS; troubleshoot layout, styling, and responsive issues.
  • Maintain and update existing website pages to improve performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, typography, imagery, and overall look and feel.
  • Work with marketing to optimize pages for SEO, conversions, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers or IT (as needed) for technical integrations or advanced customizations.

Mindset, Skills & Education

  • Energetic, eager, tenacious!
  • 2–4+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or front-end web production.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website or landing page design work.
  • Understanding SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently with hard deadlines and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in WordPress page builders, themes, and plugins.
  • Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices.
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines and extend them thoughtfully.
  • Experience balancing creative design with technical feasibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with basic JavaScript
  • Experience working with marketing teams and clients in a B2B environment
