The PSW Program with Adult Day School, part of Adult, Alternative and Continuing Education is posting for qualified teachers to be added to our pool of teachers. Courses are scheduled based on student enrollment for each term.
Session Dates:
November 17, 2025, to December 05, 2025
Course: TPJ 3MD
Note:
Start date may change slightly as a result of our PSW Clinical partners.
Location:
This position is in our Personal Support Worker Program. The successful candidate will be working with PSW students as they complete their co-op placement at a Long-Term Care facility within the city of London. The successful candidate must be a RN or RPN as well as an OCT.
In certain circumstances the Board may apply to the Ministry of Education for a Letter of Permission in order to meet its programming needs. Individuals who are an RN or RPN but are not an OCT may still apply. However, those applicants would only be considered if there are no RN or RPN applicants who are also an OCT.
The teacher is needed full-time (7.5 hours/day) from November 17 to November 28, then part-time (4.0 hours/day) from December 01 to December 05.

The recruitment process may require a criminal background check for work with vulnerable persons. The criminal background check must be completed within the 6 months prior to starting work).

Afternoon
(2:00pm to 10:00pm
or 3:00pm to 11:00pm)
Rate of Pay:
Rate of pay is dependent on experience. As an Ontario Certified Teacher, the rate of pay is between $52.42 - $101.37 per/hour. Applicants who are not an Ontario Certified Teacher may be paid less than an Ontario Certified Teacher.
