As an Accounts Payable Agent working in the Operational Support team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations of the business. Supporting our large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will have the opportunity own the accounts payable processes, manage invoice reconciliations and ensure all data is updated within the system.
What you will do

You’re a master of invoices, reviewing and processing supplier and subcontractor invoices.

You’re attentive to client communication, managing incoming emails and invoices, ensuring obstacles are resolved efficiently.

You’re diligent in tracking your invoices in our ERP system.

You’re meticulously organized in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

You meet deadlines and strive to be proactive in following up on monthly and final releases, including legal documentation.

You’re always ready to lend a hand to your teammates, especially the regional manager, when needed.
This role could be for you if you have

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and accounts payable.

A college diploma with a specialization in accounting or relevant professional experience.

A team spirit and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
