As the Patient Care Sales Concierge, you will serve as the vital connection between prospective patients and our world-class plastic surgery and medspa services. You will combine consultative sales expertise with exceptional patient care, ensuring our surgeons maintain full schedules with qualified, motivated patients while delivering an outstanding first impression of our practice.
Annual base salary commensurate with experience, paid bi-weekly. Provides stable income while you build your book of business.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond to all incoming inquiries within 15 minutes during business hours via phone, email, text, and web chat
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand patient goals, budget, timeline, and readiness
- Nurture prospects through personalized follow-up sequences until they book or disqualify
- Maintain a robust pipeline and track all interactions in our CRM system
- Re-engage dormant leads through strategic outreach campaigns
Consultation Coordination
- Schedule qualified consultations that align with surgeon specialties and patient needs
- Prepare patients for consultations by setting expectations, gathering medical history, and providing pre-appointment materials
- Screen for contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or misalignment with practice values
- Confirm appointments 48 hours and 24 hours in advance to minimize no-shows
- Coordinate virtual and in-person consultation logistics
Medspa Scheduling
- Promote medspa services as standalone treatments or complementary to surgical procedures
- Maintain optimal appointment density for injectable specialists, aestheticians, and other providers
- Upsell appropriate medspa services to surgical consultation patients
Relationship Building
- Create a warm, trustworthy experience that reflects our commitment to patient care
- Educate prospective patients about procedures, recovery, and investment
- Address concerns and objections with empathy and expertise
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Performance Tracking
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for consultations booked, show rate, and conversion quality
- Maintain detailed notes on all patient interactions
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Provide feedback on lead sources, marketing effectiveness, and patient trends
What you will bring:
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or patient coordination (healthcare/aesthetics preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, or medical spa environment preferred
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments
- Background in consultative or relationship-based sales
