About the Role

The Ecommerce Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our luxury products, primarily for our website catalog. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of product photography techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for personal style, extensive knowledge of designer brands, and a desire to contribute to a vibrant and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photograph Mine & Yours products, both on and off models, for various digital and print purposes, with a primary focus on the website catalog.

  • Conduct post-production tasks, including colour correction, retouching, and cropping of product images as needed.

  • Upload photography files to our Point of Sale system for display on our online store.

  • Deliver digital photographic assets according to scheduled timelines and directions.

  • Maintain accurate records and organization of photography files and data.

  • Service and maintain Mine & Yours photography equipment, such as lights, cameras, stands, etc., as needed.

  • Ensure cleanliness and high standards of organization in the workspaces.

  • Set up and break down photoshoots efficiently.

  • Collaborate with the intern team, sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Measurables:

  • Photography Output: Measure the quantity and quality of product images captured, including images with models.

  • Post-Production Efficiency: Assess the speed and quality of editing tasks like colour correction and retouching.

  • Timely Delivery: Track the punctuality of delivering digital assets according to agreed timelines.

  • Organization and Maintenance: Ensure proper file organization and equipment upkeep.

  • Photoshoot Efficiency: Gauge the speed and effectiveness of setting up and breaking down photoshoots.

  • Team Collaboration: Participation in team meetings
